MY Hair is Orange in the front.

the front parts (the blondest parts) of my hair have turned an orangish colors. My hair turning orange however, has nothing to do with highlighting my hair. I belive that my hair has started to turn because either my well water is turning my hair orange or the rust in the old shower head is changing its color. I have started to use a clarifying shampoo and i am still using the well water but only taking showers in the addition part of my house (which has new shower heads = no rust) however, my hair is still just as orange. I tried getting it highlighted but the orange didn't take the blonde highlights even though the rest of my hair did and the roots above the orange did. I don't know what to do to get rid of this orange hair except to grow it out, and i just don't have the patience, help!
