i dyed my natural dark brown hair medium brown.

What kind of result will i get using Feria's hi-lift browns?

Henna is a pretty bad idea, though, unless that's all you ever intend to use; it coats your hair and makes it waxy, so if you subsequently dye your hair with other dyes they won't take.
