Hi..Snuggles replied about this, but I Just wanted to ask verify...is the brown rinse you mentioned to reduce the brassiness (after using Loreal Coulourexperte) called "Roux", or did you mean just a "shampoo in" color in a light brown? Sorry, but I am just so afraid to do anything else to my hair, but I have to get rid of this orange color!

Should I just go to a salon & ask them to fix it? I am not sure about the colorists at the salon I go to...I don't know if they are good at correcting color.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, fin.

the rinse I referred you to is a sort of wash in color. However, it does no damage to the hair. If you don't like what it does for you, stop shampooing with the shampoo, and your hair will go back to the way it was.

If this doesn't work for you, please to go to a colorist and see what they can do about it. But there is no fear in damaging hair further by using the rinse. It's just as gentle as a normal shampoo, if not more so. :)

Please let me know what you decide to do :)
