hi that for the info but now i want to try to go lighter what can i us i got no color in my hair now its brown i want to go lighter brown with out any red tones please e mail me back they say i have redes brown now that i dont like can any one help me thanks

Have it done at a salon. If you don't want any red tones to come out, tell them they must use an "ash" toned color, or "green base" or "drabber" to counteract the red that will come out.
