Has anyone had a chance to try this new product? I have black hair and this new hair color from Aveda seems like a product I would want to try.

I have checked this out on the Aveda website, unfortunately this color is only available through distributors to licensed cosmetologists. i suggest u find a salon that uses the Aveda line and make an appointment to have ur hair colored w/ it, or if u know anyone close to u who is a hairdresser u ask them to get it and do it at home, but make sure that u have the developer along w/ this color...Good luck! Oh and incase u didn't know, igoar by schwarzkopf work wonders on dark hair. I have naturally black hair and w/ 30 vol developer this red color lifted 8 levels in 45 minutes! Anyways i know its really expensive to get hair colored professionally i could suggest something else tho it didn't work for me personally (but it worked great for others.) Go to sally's and buy oreor 30 vol. developer and Loreal Hicolor "for dark hair only" and use the desired shade on ur hair but plz make sure u do a strand test first becuz it really comes down to how ur hair reacts to certain color lines.
