I have been having my hair colored for years at a salon, and I would like to start doing it myself since money is tight right now. I am so confused, because when I read those boxes it asks my natural color - my roots are a medium to dark brown and my hair has been colored blond. I think its too light and I would like to go a little darker. The color that was used on my hair was Goldwell 9N and 9GB 40 volume. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
