hi to all,i was thinking of coloring my hair platum or light blonde do i need to get the old color out frist its bend like 4to5 weeks ago do i use dishsoap or what?

What level is your hair and what did you process with? Your going to need a color remover - Color Fix- depending on what hair color brand and then you might need to bleach depending on what level your natural hair color is.
