If you mean after you've finished your hair, then yes. Every three weeks or so you'll have to bleach your roots (being careful not to overlap) and color them to match your current shade of blond.
It can be a real bother, so make sure you're willing to do this forever to be blonde.
Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
