Hi, recently I dyed my hair brown, but it did not work as planned. I have natural blonde hair with professionally done bleached highlights. I got bored with my color and decided to dye it the brown. After washing out the dye and drying my hair, all of my pre-exsisting highlights had an interesting green tint to them. So, I dyed my hair an auburn color, because red neutralizes green. So, now I have this auburn hair that I am not all that fond of. I''''m worried that it will turn orange if I go blonde again. Any suggestions for me on what to do??? Thanks!

go to a reputable salon and get a consultation for color correction at this point more then likely it will pull an orange/ yellow tone however sometimes a toner can nuetralize that it all depends on the integrity of your hair, putting more color or bleach could do more damage.

Clairol makes a color remover called Uncolor Permanent Haircolor Remover., you mix 1 packette with 2oz. of water or in your case you would need to mix it with 2oz. of 20vol Clairol Creme Developer which is the peroxide and you would apply it to all the hair and wait to full amount of time which is 30 minutes.
This will release as much color as it can and you will be in the lighter light brown/blonde level (it will look orangey) and then you can apply the Clairol Complements Semi Permanent color in a Violet which will neutralize the orange tone and make you a normal looking light brown/ dark blonde.
Even though it sounds like a lot of work, it very
do-able.
Artificial pigment is the hardest to get off, but the color remover is much more gentle then bleach.
The semi permanent color will then take you back to a normal tone. Good luck.
