Bethany, There is hope. I too have a fusion hair extension horror story. Your're not alone. I only had my extensions two weeks before they became unbearably painful and my hair was ripping out from the roots. I had to resort to removing them myself because I couldn't find anyone who would risk removing them and I wasn't about to let the idiot who glued them to my head touch me again. I went to a beauty aid store and bought pure acetone. I brushed it only on the bond and was very careful not to directly touch my own hair. I them used needle nose pilers to break the bond and after 6 hours they were out. The next problem was the glue residue, for that I soaked my head with olive oil and left it on for about two hours after that I washed it out with baby shampoo and just kept massaging my scalp eventually the glue came out. Most of my hair fall out from the extensions but I was able to find someone to put hairloc extensions on, they hair no glue or chemicals so hopefully my scalp will heal and my hair will grow back over time. I wish you the best of luck.
