I'm from the United Kingdom and been trying to wave my hair for two weeks. Because i'm from the uk I dont understand what a dark ceasar is. Do I need to use special clippers to have a dark ceasar. Can I get it cut myself.

u can cut it yoself and no u dont need ne special clippers. I nvr seen a barber go to the back of the shop and bring out some shiny gold clippers just for waves when you hop in the seat hehe.
