She said in the UK she can get Dome and ProStyles without difficulty; maybe it's just in the US that you have to be licensed. She seems to feel Dome is slightly better in quality, although I understand Plasikhaar has more colors to choose from and is more reasonable for shipping. Anyway, check out the link--her hair is HOT!
