Yeah, I just received her email, too, and personally I don't have a problem with the increase. If Sara continued selling the hair completely at cost, she would actually be funtioning at a loss--considering the time she puts into the customer service, ordering, packaging, dealing with the vendors, and maintaining the website, not to mention the costs of her own store (where, I assume, she houses the actual hair). When I heard she was selling the hair at cost awhile ago, I figured there would evenutally be an increase of some sort. It makes no sense to sell the hair at cost, particularly since she's not making any money off us service-wise.
As far as the amount of the increase (compared with the smaller increase for European customers), is that because the dollar is weak right now? If it is, I guess I can only blame the markets, not Sara.
Again, it doesn't really bother me. What do you think, Sherrie?
Im ok with it. I imagine she is starting to get really busy as a hair supplier at this point. Alot more work comes along with that also. And what would be the point if she is not making any money. She also said that her suppliers had raised the cost to her and several other various factors, but if I am pleased with the product when I get it and try it out Im not gonna cry over $14 a bag! Im still jumping for joy over the possibility of not paying big bucks for human hair!
