I think I might be taking out the extentions tonight. I'm gonna ask my boyfriend to do it or i'll do it myself. all my friends are wondering whyyyyyyy? I wanted them for so long and now I have only had them for 2 weeks... well now I know what they are like. I always wanted to try extentions. but they kind of make my head itch plus they have given me some dandruff in the places where they are attatched and I am just not feeling that at all. I can make them look super good if I style them but I don't have time to do that when I go to work in the morning. so then I just put my hair up and have an itchy head instead. I'd consider doing them again because I don't think there is anything wrong with the microring system...I'd prolly do human hair then and just as a thickener. maybe 40 strands or so. having close to a 100 microrings in your hair sort of gets to you. when I take these out it will feel like I have NO hair...my hair has been twise as thick for 2 weeks. ah well!
Kaela, are you by any chance allergic to metal? Like cheap earrings and such? I am and micro rings make my head itch too. I would like to switch to shrinkies or if I could find a good glue I would go back to wefts.
You might also want to think about clip-in extensions, clip-on ponytails, and falls. They're really low-maintenance and give your real hair a chance to breathe. I miss wearing clip-on ponytails every day; honestly, I think it was the best my hair ever looked.... :)
