need help ASAP extensions

Hells Bells. I knew this was going to turn out bad.

Well what kind of glue did you put in your hair? Go back to the store tomorrow and get the remover for it, please. If you don't have the right tools to deal effectively with it tonight, leave it alone or you'll make it worse.

Ugghhh...I'm sorry to hear this has happened. Hopefully, you can get the solvent tomorrow and start removing the glue--just be patient, and don't force it. Soaking your hair in conditioner or oil for a few hours and then washing it might help to "soften" everything up before you apply the remover.

I know you had said that glued-in extensions can be damaging, "but with the right care you should have no problems." However, I don't necessarily agree with that. There are other factors to consider beyond care. Obviously, a problematic application will yield bad results, and with glue, you just don't have the same margin for error as you do with some other methods. (Correcting an error is a lot more difficult.)

Also, I truly think some hair (such as my own) just isn't strong enough to endure the removal process well. In the best of circumstances, I still think I'd lose some hair. Plus, I think that people who have success with glue, like Sherrie, have been experimenting with it for a long time and really know what they're doing--usually, they will be the first to tell you that it can be difficult for a beginner.

I know you said you don't want clip-ins, but there are other methods to try that would be less messy and risky. If I were you, I'd seriously think about extendtubes, which you can use for either strand by strand application or wefts, or shrinkies (but I think you can only use those for strand by strand). Braiding is also a good option, but a bit tricker, imo, than extendtubes or shrinkies.

ahh thank you so much guys.. i finally after forever have removed the extensions.. even though some of my hair came out. i was very proud with the look of them.. but the hair became to fray.. and i dont mind anymore cause i didnt want it in that long.. next time can i ask though where i can get really good hair from that would frizz up as soon as i wash it.. and i can come easily with it out falling out.. plus.. the glue method.. the latex i knew was a bad idea.. but i needed something and liqui gold they dont market up around here.. i ended up getting the glue out.. after soaking it in baby oil.. my friend told me to do.. and pulling it out slowly and letting it goo up.. thank you all so much !!!
