Over 2 weeks ago I ordered 1 package of ExtenTubes. I must of forgotten to add a shipping option. Someone called me from Hairpiece and said that they would send me a paypal request. He did send it that night and I sent the money that night too.

A few days later I get 2 email requests for payment for the shipping. I emailed them back twice that I did send the shipping payment. Didn't hear anything from them.

My paypal address is a bit different from the email address they sent the request to. Same domain name, different user name. That must of threw them off.

So on Friday when I still hadn't received the package I emailed their support. Haven't heard from them.

I want to start tipping my hair but I cant until I know the size of the small extentubes.

Im wondering if anyone else has had a problem with them.

Rose

I've only had one problem with them in the past when they sent me the wrong size extendtubes. I called them and I got the correct ones the very next day via UPS (even before I had sent the wrong ones back). I sent the other ones back a few days later and they even credited me the shipping so it all worked out.

Maybe you can print the info from paypal about your payment and send or fax it to them. Does your paypal show that they recieved your payment? I only ask because I had someone try to send me a payment once and they misspelled my email address. It didn't get figured out till they contacted me wondering where their package was. After reviewing their account they saw the $ was "unclaimed" and that they had entered my info wrong.

I hope it works out for you,
Kristin

Not to start a *****fest, but I've had a lot of problems with them - actually, with their hair, 95% of which I've bought from them being absolute s%#*. I live within driving distance so have bought a lot of hair from them over the years, always hoping that this batch, or this type, or whatever, would be good and lasting. Inevitably it has all turned into the same miserable matted doghair after 2 or 3 weeks. They are not really customer oriented - they are primarily interested in moving lots of hair, which apparently they do. Very bad communication problems with almost everyone who works there - limited English proficiency coupled with a general disinterest in customer service. So I'm not surprised at your issue. You just have to keep on them and do as Kirsten suggested - fax that paypal receipt and keep on them. Good luck.

Syren- which of their hair have you used and not liked? The Apex Remy? And if so, which grade? I was thinking about using some of it on my mom, but don't want to use anything that'll go funky.

Rae, they carry several brands of hair and LOTS of it...909 and X10, something like that. It's all prepackaged. I've bought both of those and both got nappy and dull very quickly. I'm not sure about Apex...but like I've said, I've bought all grades from them, including remi & cuticle, and none of it has lasted longer than 4 weeks without becoming very ratty. I'd take my chances elsewhere, but that's just me.
