wat up fellow wavers, man i been tryin 2 get waves for about a month now an i gotta pattern real good in da back but da top and sides are not wavin at all. i think im go get a cut like pharrel and jus give up on waves man, anybody ever feel like dat?

i did i get a cut about every 10 days and i get it cut low, but my ish just ain wavin up, but im talkin boy and he said it took him all his freshman year 2 get waves and he got crazy waves, so i mite keep on tryin.

dont give up....jus keep brushing...they will come I was tha same way i wasnt seein ne results and wanted 2 give up n then all of a sudden my ****s started 2 come in...u jus gutta brush alot...waves take alotta time and effort
man throw some pomade up in there when it's low and stop getting cut every 10 days. I used to keep getting cut too but I'm tryna cut back. Just let it grow some, get a lineup at the braber not an actual cut. When it get a lil thicker than usual, put some wave gel activator to "activate" your waves. See how your results come out then
aight yall ima keep goin, a youngunna i jus got dis new spornette medium brush and wave activator gel so i think that'll help, tell me what yall think of this new method ima start usin:
pink lotion brush 5 min. wave activator brush 5-10 mins 360 pomade brush till my arm falls off du rag

i got mah wavez wit da spornette brush but minez wuz hard, u DONT need da wave activator jel, pink lotion or need to wash ur hair eryday. in fact i wear a durag in every shower n barely eva wash mah hair kuz washing wil kinda mess da wavez up. all u need iz a brush, durag, n pomade (i use sportin waves gold). my method iz simple: 1.alwayz dab a wet towel on hair then apply pomade 2. brush head 4 a minimum of 30min-1hour daily (i brush while watchin da tv.) 3.durag ------------- den badow ya got wavez *itz real important 2 get da ryte haircut make sure u gota good barber, all i say iz i want an even cut wit da wavez -hope dat helps let us kno of ur progress ha i typed a dam story
yea that's your method but it doesn't work for everyone cause we got different texture hair. But he can try different things like we all did and find what's best for him. You right, we DON't need pink lotion or wave gel activator but the pink lotion will keep his hair moist and wave gel activator won't hold his hair as much as pomade will and allow his curls to stretch out faster to form the waves. So pink lotion and wave gel activator is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by JiggaMan

Dont give up if i can get waves any1 and i mean even white folk can get them just brush...Cmon i got waves and i had hair like u see late night on BET. Feed the children BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH
