hi metalgirl could you give me some advice i just got some real hair but want to put clips on it to make clip ins how much did you pay for your clips and where did you get them thankyou

You can order the hair piece clips at hisandher.com or many Sally's beauty supplies stores carry them too. Many places sell these things now.

When I sew them to the weft (teeth side pointing down) I use upholstry thead and space the clips about 2 inches a part.

metalgirl thats interesting, you use upholstry thread? Is it stronger or is there an advantage to it as opposed to other threads? Sorry but my mind always seeks knowledge! LOL

I thought upholstery thread was what a lot of people use for pinchbraids. (Not certain of this, though) :)
