uhhhhh.....I dont even know what to say. Im not sure what to think. I just wonder how it could be possible to buy hair like that at those kind of prices. Is it possible?
Amy, I totally agree with you. Not just a couple piles of it either, but almost all of it seems to be the same texture. I've seen this hair before on eBay and I'm not sure what to think of it either. Where's it ending up, I wonder.
Hey, where are all the bald ladies in India and China?
And let me just additionally say that if anyone plans on purchasing hair from overseas that is allegedly unprocessed, check it thoroughly for little white eggs in the hair strands. It is not uncommon to receive this type of hair with lice attached.
It's just so strange because a woman would have to grow her hair for 10+ years (and keep it in pristine condition) to get this length, and that would be the best case scenario. The seller has great feedback, but it all seems suspicious to me....
I import Indian hair and have found many nits still in the hair
when it arrives from India. The hair comes washed and they
claim they treat it for lice and nits. It has definitely been treated
with something as it has a chemical smell to it when it arrives.
Split ends~big problem as you all know. The hair is years and
years old so it's very common in any hair of this length. You
definitely want to order 2-3" longer in length than you want and
taper the ends off.
I have yet to receive unprocessed Indian hair that came
"perfect" and ready for use. Anyone who sells Indian or any hair
for that matter should treat, wash and condition the hair before
selling to the public.
In all my years of cutting hair, I have only seen two girls cut off their long ponytails. I can't believe these girls line up to just whack off their hair?!!
I love long hair but can you imagine having hair THAT long??? Your whole life would revolve around your hair. Always having to make sure it dosnt get caught in doors, or sitting on it, and the heaviness, Ive heard women with super long hair like that get headaches.
SHE human hair blend, 18", #4 with Supertape.

I think about 90% is from China/Asia, 9% is from India, and maybe 1% is from Russia/Ukraine.
I believe I've had three batches of Indian hair (which I paid more $600, $1200, and $1250 for), and the other seven batches or so were from China (ranging in price from about $150 to $400). There's a distinct difference in texture between the two, and obviously price.
oh i guess so. the hair from being so old does get split ends. that hair looks so long its past the point of attractiveness in my opinion. I think down the bottom of the lower back is pretty, but anywhere past that just looks unhygienic.

Amy, I have seen Asian women with frizzy hair. (There had to be a reason for the Japanese straight perm.) Of course, I find this more often in Filipinas (and if you want to get technical, that's Pacific Islander, not Asian). I have a couple friends with frizzy, wavy hair...one is Japanese, one is Vietnamese-Chinese.
Anyway, 59 inches is crazy. I knew a girl in high school who had hair about to her knees, but I always wanted to go and cut off the last 12 inches or so because it was nasty...the ends were just too old. Even still her hair was only about 42 inches at the most. That means this alleged Chinese lady would've had hair to her ankles. Also, it looks like only a couple strands are that long. The rest is only like 48 inches at best.
