Hmm...I wonder. They're pretty vague about the actual iron, as well as the method of attachment.
My hunch is that it'd be similar to a cheap flatiron, which could work with shrinkies or not. The advantage of the more expensive tools is that they have temperature control. Shrinkies are kind of finnicky, imo, as far as the temperatures they will and will not shrink at.
Again, I'm not familiar with this product, but I think it would be more unweildy and less precise than a professional-style fusion wand/heat clamp. I also wonder if a product like this--which looks like it's being marketed to teenagers--would produce the levels of heat needed for shrinkie application.
