Your votes dont count. Every state a certain number of electors that sends in the votes for their state. When you people vote the candidate with the most amount of votes gets the "Majority vote" and in theory that candidate get the number of elctorial votes for the state. For example My state Maryland has 10 electors that cast their electorial votes. So if Kerry gets the majorty vote by the people he gets the 10 votes for the state. But there is 1 or two people called the Faithless Electors that wont vote for the candidate wit the majority vote. So EVen in 4 years when im allowed to vote i will cause there wil be an ammendment to change this and make our vote actually count. So just thought i share some info wit you people but dont tell. Yep thats it and brush yo hair.
