I am currently using a product called Vita-K, I believe. I'm not so sure if it brings 'miraculous' changes, per se, but people have told me that my eyes have been looking a bit brighter than usual. I also don't drink very much water, so should I drink more water, my undereyes'll be gone in no time.

Most often circles under the eyes are hereditary.

Saving up for a blepharoplasty here.

Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?

First, a link to a plastic surgery information board that doesn't look like it's trying to sell anything:
http://www.plasticsurgery.org/public_education/procedures/Blepharoplasty.cfm

Here's a link to the pretty impressive website of a doctor who's posted unbelieveable numbers of photos, including tutorial photoessays. Definitely more information than you want:
http://www.facialsurgery.com/BAPgel01xhm.html

I recall reading that the surgery costs $5,000-$10,000, depending on where you are.
