Hi HK,

I think this is really subjective and that everyone has their own opinions on what works best for them. While many have had great results with the three vitamins you mention, there are some that do well on GNC or other vitamin brands as well.

Again, it is always best to find what works best for you and go for it. HairBoutique.com used to sell H37 but found that many of our hair vitamin users actually preferred Viviscal or HairTopia because of the delivery methods. We currently only sell those two vitamins although we get really great feedback on the HairTopia, which I have personally been taking for over 2 years myself with very good results.

Some people prefer HairBoutique.com's HairTopia, some H37 and some other vitamin formulas.  HairTopia was designed personally by me with a chemist based on feedback from our many customers.  Some people have a limited budget and therefore other vitamins are their best bet for them.

What many people don't realize is that there is no "quick fix" for hair growth.  As many of the people will attest to here, it takes a LOT of work and committment.  Just popping a pill will not ultimately provide all the growth help you need.  Yes, they will often help a lot, especially under some circumstances, but they are not the end all and the be all.

Best wishes,
Karen

I am using hf 37 and my hair is growing an inch a month, a little pricey though. Next month I will try super hair energizer.

Thanks Susan, I have one month left on hf37 and then I will try two months of super hair energizer. I will compare the results of the two. I am at 23 inches from forehead hairline to ends. I am aiming for 30 inches by the end of the year, then I will go from there. My goal would be lower back about 4 inches from my waist.

I think you have really pretty hair nice color and texture how long is yours and how long would you like it?

take care, keep growing

Has anyone else here tried some of these supplements? I am currently taking a normal multi-vitamin called "A thru Z" which has a lot of B and K vitamins in it. Has anyone tried this and if they have is this good for hair growth?
Hair is BSL+ as of 9/15/05

Hi Renee,

They serve different purposes, but both are good for your health and hair.
