Latitia Casta Hair

I think Latitia Casta has the prettiest hair (and face) out of all models. I really want her hair but my hair does not grow that fast. We had the same length hair 6 months ago but now her hair is twice the length of mine. I didn't cut my hair. How do these stars get such fast growing hair? Can someone also tell me how her blond highlights are put in. It looks like she is growing them out now. Also, do you (anybody) like her hair better dark brown , or light brown with blond highlights??
