I posted this before to another question:

Right now I`m taking, Silica from Vitamin world (about $9.99) and Natures Bounty (hair, skin and nails- $6.99) and amino acids ($5.00) from Wal-mart.

I`m also taking a multi, B complex, and C and some calcium. I sometimes think it works, other times I`m not quite as sure. My hair could be growing it`s normal rate???

Last time I went for a trim and highlight retouch my hairdresser said I had a ton of re-growth. I`m going back tommrow (it`s been 2 months) hopefully she says the same thing. I know my hair`s getting longer, but I want it to grow faster!

I`m a college student and I can`t really afford the vitamins on this site. I told my hairdresser what I was taking and she wasn`t really sure if they would work, so she said to buy the cheapest stuff I can.

If your on a tight budget, go for the Natures Bounty.
