Maybe Meg just watched herself in Sleepless in Seattle and saw that her best, sexiest, most glorious (and yes, longest) hairstyle ever was during the time she was in that movie. I hope so!

Well, if it makes you feel better, that`s not her real hair. I posted earlier that I read Sally Hershberger (her stylist) had put longer extensions in her hair because Meg was bored with her old look.
I dunno, but I think change is NOT always a good thing.
Maybe she`ll remove them...

Well, real hair or not real hair, I LOVE it! Actually I like her hair short, but this looks good I think. I liked her hair in "When a Man Loves a Woman" and this looks like a slightly longer version of that......JMO;) Meg

Sally... I think the extentions were quit awhile ago... considering the lenght of her hair at the premire of "Point of NO Return" the lenght is about right to be her real hair
I like her hair at this length but I don`t think she should go any longer. I don`t think that it`s extensions though - her hair has been growing out for quite a while now.

I reckon it`s not the length that matters with our mystic Meg, but the texture. If you look at all her best styles like the long Sleepless in Seattle do or the short shags and flips, they all have similar texture, but when she goes all straight and silky like in this photo or in the movie Hanging Up, it looks awful. Then again, it could be worse, she could have gone back to the curly look she wore a couple of years ago in City of Angels and some other films. Yech!

martin, you hit her hair right on the nose! Can you believe I had an ex-friend who actually had her hair done to look like city of angel curls? Any advice on how to get that texture and cut of the good meg, flippy do`s? Or where exactly do I get a good picture? I just can`t get any hairstylist to interpret her hair the way I do. But you seem like you have that understanding. Please send help, I just found this website tonight. I have the right thickness ...

I`ll have to wait to see the movie, but in the previews for her upcoming movie, Meg`s hair looks OK to me. It doesn`t look dirty, like it has in the past. No dark roots, either. Those have been my main beef with her hair in some of her movies and on the streets. Her hair was gorgeous in Sleepless in Seattle. I don`t know how it can get better than that.

I have to stand up for Meg`s hair in City of Angels - I thought it looked great on her, very sexy! Also loved several of the styles from When Harry Met Sally. I could also do without many of the increasingly long, shaggy `dos she wears in between movies - not very appealing, always makes me think of a sheepdog....

As a long hair fan, my favorite was "Sleepless in Seattle", but it`s not like her hair ever really looks bad. It looks like she`s keeping it at her "When Harry Met Sally" length which also looked very nice on her.
The only reservation I would have is mid-length and straight doesn`t look good on her. She can do short and straight, long and straight, or curly at any length, but somehow mid-length and straight just doesn`t look right.
