Mine was chin length and I hated it I thought I looked like a boy although I was only 5 LOL, you ?

My hair was boy-short from when I was five until I was about ten. I hated it. My grandmother loved it.

It`s 42.5 inches long now. Took me 11 years to get it from shoulder-length to this length.
20/42/as long as it will get

A millimeter I guess, I`d wanted to shave it clean to the skin, but my parents would`ve had heart attacks *evil grin* Thing is, I always loved the whole tomboy thing; grew up feeling awkward in frilly stuff. For as long as I can remember, I`d always one to play "in the dirt", usually pretending to be a paleontologist ;P Now I just work w/ dirty materials like paints, graphite, etc... I`m growing my hair out now, because it`s a challenge (big time), and because of the prospect of doing artistic oddities with longer hair, which allows for more variety. I`ll put it this way, the bigger the page, the more I can draw on it.

chin length till 5.by 7 it was waist length.then i stupidly cut it.

Chin length 3rd grade, waist length 5th grade!
Long, red, slightly wavy hair. Trying to go grow very long! It`s about 3.75in. from my belt now :)

Maybe an inch and a half. It has never been longer than just past my shoulders. I have always either cut it or ruined it with chemicals and had to cut it. I am curious to see how long it will get.

maybe two inches? it was supposed to be a pixie cut, but my hair was just a tad too long and thick for it... plus i had a really chubby face

The length it is now. Just slightly above chin length with a little inverted in the back. No bangs.

ha! we shaved it off :-p crazy girls. i`m guessing 1/2 inch? that`s what I get for frying dying and blowdrying my hair. had to start from scratch... still working on it though and it`s TONS healthier now that i`m leaving it alone :) (this was MONTHS ago when it was hot... and i still had to sleep with a hat on cause i got cold. dont shave your head unless you already had uber-pixie hair like me and a LOT of hats and do-rags to cover it up until it grows out to spike-length)

In my 5th grade picture I had middle of the back length hair. I spend that summer at my grandmothers house and played in the chicken house and got lice. :( In my 6th grade picture I had a Pixie.

A mushroom cut "experiment" (mushroomed at about the top of my ears?) a bit before my
11th birthday in 1990. Now my hair is about chin length (due for a trim of maybe 2 ins) except
for bangs I`m growing out and I don`t want it any shorter.

Unfortunately for me, my mother had a thing for bowl cuts on girls when I was younger, and had it hacked off close to my ears regularly.

About an inch long all over.....when I first came out 21 years ago and said hello to the delivery room staff. :-)

Well as a Male I`ve had buzz cuts and such when I was a kid. Not by choice.
I`m currently at about 27 - 28 inches long which is the longest I`ve had

but my hair used to be down to my knees so it was EXTREMELY short for me :|
