I`ve said it before and I`ll keep on saying it...
She looks her best in "You`ve Got Mail"

However, I will concede that if she would STYLE this length it would look good. Looks as if she just woke up and left the house. How `bout some bangs?

I have to agree that Meg Ryan looks best with shorter hair. I think long hair tends to make her face look droopy. Or something. I haven`t pinned it down yet.

I liked her hair in City of Angels and Proof of Life.


The Tokyo picture (from Feb. 8) is really unflattering. It looks as though she rolled out of bed, got dressed, did some makeup (!) and forgot to even comb her hair. And to think she probably worked hard to get that effect.

There`s a much flattering pic of her on the cover of the current US magazine. I bought the mag just to have it around if I ever try that look.

Her hair is a bit more wavy in it which does her justice.

She definately is best with the shorter crop/shag she`s been wearing for the past several years, but I`m convinced she can also look great at this length.

That pic is better...
I still say it would look great if she added some bangs!

But maybe its me, I`m on a bangs kick lately!

Hi,

Actually this style is the very same layered shaggy bob cut that she was wearing for a couple of years but she grew it just a little longer and they used a small barreled curling iron and added a volume enhancing products to the roots to give it the fullness along with the curly messy look.

To get the look start with her basic layered bob, use a good volume enhancing product on the roots, blow dry upside down and use your fingers to ruffle then use a 1/4 to 1/2 inch curling iron all over the head.
