I have been trying to grow out my hair really long as fast as possible because I am also growing my hair out (I used to dye it and now I want my natural colour and overall good hair healthiness back).

Well ever since I changed my diet and been taking my own assortment of vitamins to speed up hair growth, my hair has been growing soo fast. However, the line between my roots and my dyed hair bothers me sooo much! The colour of my dyed hair looks so gross compared to my root`s colour! My roots are about 4 inches long, about an inch away from my ear. The rest of my hair is wavy and ends just past my shoulders.

I`m tempted to dye it darker with a semi-permanent colour just so that I can get over the fact that I have that stupid line! But if I do that, the condition of my dyed hair will be even worse (it`s bad enough already! I can`t even do those really cool styles that I used to do before I dyed it anymore!)...

Is there any way I can make my hair look good without it being very noticeable?

I`ve never dyed my hair, but I have tried those coloring shampoos. They didn`t damage my hair at all, but they didn`t drastically change my color either. I would recomend this before dying again. They rinse out after every washing. Hope this helped and good luck!

this is what you do:

boil some peeled potatoes. then get rid of them, cool the water, and rinse your hair with it.

then, depending on which color you want to blend, rinse your hair with...

blonde - lemon juice and green tea

brown - black tea, coffee, and berry teas

red - lemon juice, berry teas, and rose hips.

it should tint your hair just enough to blend the colours well.

Get some of the colored mouse that they sell in the stores. Or there is a liquid tint that you put in and it washes out. I think it`s called fancifull or something like that. It`s in a grey bottle. I tried it before and it didn`t do any damage and shampoos out.
BUT, it will only darken your hair.

I always kind of felt that dying hair, for the most part, made part of you fake and part of you vain. Kind of like enhancing your breasts. People should like you the way you are, including your hair color. There`s nothing wrong with gray hair.

Actually, if you dye your hair darker and just leave it alone it it not that bad. The way you run into problems is by using bleach to get lighter. When going darker you are only adding colour rather than taking it away as you do with bleach. Although it does have some peroxide in it, dying darker does little damage.

NONONONONO!!! DO not touch finacifull it is evil. I got some for my highlighted hair... Whcih is now really light brown but it used to be fairly dark.. Anyway my grandma put it in and the next da my hair was the same color... And it felt like rubber and it was nasty... And the color came off on my hands... Grandma said that shouldnt hapen but I play with my hair alot and its somewhat longer than hers... By about 9 inches. (my hairs about 11 inches... prolly a lil longer now)... But in any event it messed my hair up for the day and it didnt change the color.
23 w/ waist length hair, I just love
mascara.
