Any mention of her name automatically takes me back to the pool scene from Fast Times at Ridgemont High

Hair wise---Drop Dead Fred comes to mind. Her bob was very nice!

Hmmm...Gord pointing out Christina Cox and Phoebe Cates in one week! Two short-haired women whom I think would look heavenly long! Granted, both women would look good even with Mohawks, but perhaps Gord is having a change of heart? (lol) This world is getting TOO strange!
And to think Gord chided me for preferring Alanis with short hair over her recent unkempt hack jobs! Bob
P.S. In case you're steaming, Gord, I'm only teasing. I very much enjoy your critiques, although I truly didn't think either Christina's or Phoebe's hairstyle was worthy of praise. BTW, didn't Phoebe used to have amazingly long, beautiful hair once? I may be thinking of another woman, I suppose.

Dang! I was right! Phoebe did have drool-worthy long hair years ago. Actually, I'd not quite place her into the "haircut disaster" camp b/c her original pixie was stunning. But had her first cut been her current face-obscuring style, that would have been a major letdown for me. Grow it back, Phoebe! (lol) Bob

She had a great all one length bob in Gremlins 2. and in an obsure 80's movie called "Date with an angel" she had a really short style that looked like Demi Moore's in Ghost

She was really pretty with short hair :-) . I used to keep a little pic of her with it, that I cut out of a magazine, because I wanted to look that nice one day. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like she kept it that way very long, as it's near-impossible to find such pics anymore :-( . Pooh, isn't that always the way?
