Who is Alicia Hall? She's the model who won the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition contest. She has gorgeous waistlength brunetter hair and guess what? They didn't make her cut it! Halleluia! Her section in the SI swimsuit edition starts on Page 176. Or I'll save you the trouble of going to the news stand:
