Hello everyone- Help me please believe it or not I spent 4 1/2 hours in the hair salon yesterday getting my hairr done-by a professional and it`s awful. I went in with light brown/strawberry blond highlighted hair and wanted to go blonder with highlites!! They just got a new Redken product in and wanted to try it on me well.......four 1/2 hours later my hair is a blond shade but it has way to much gold/yellow tones in it and I paid 80 yesterday. $60 then tipped her 20 am I an idiot or what? I just want my hair to look decent- it`s believeable right now but I hate it- My old hairdresser used to use a product by L`Oreal Composites Bleach has anyone heard of it and do you know where I can get it? My new hairdresser has agreed to buy the product for me...and fix my hair please help me I`ve tried searching on the internet but to no avail- Thanks all!!

i don`t have any advice to give but it sound like you had beautfil hair why did you get it colored did someone say you would look better if you colored your hair and if they did they must of not like the way your hair look but to me it sounds like your hair looked fine
