Strawberry Blonde Hair

Hi, I have light brown shoulder length hair. I would like to go strawberry blonde like Nicole Kidman. My questions are can I do this without using 1) double process bleach and destroying my hair (My hair was double process bleached many years ago when I wanted to go platinum and was completely trashed) and 2) how can I prevent it from getting too orange, but still have some red tones and not turn too blonde?
