relaxers changer

Well I just coloured my hair blue black. Its a great shade of black that looks like the midnight sky, very sexy. I also have curly hair. I used to have it relaxed so it could be easier to comb and provide me a greater styling option. As usual I had my hair relaxed DIY style. I mean its not hard considering I have short hair. I`m a guy ok. After I rinsed my hair I noticed a brownish hue on my hair. I never give it a second thought. Then I applied the neutralizer and wait a copple of minutes. When I rinsed it, I almost freaked out. ALMOST. My blue black hair had just turn orange.. well dark orange. I was like WHOAAAAAA!!!!!! but it looks cool though but I almost got into trouble with the campus police. We are not alowed to dye our hair. I learn my lesson and always rember to straight first then colour. Does anyone out there have this problem?
