emerg help needed

i thought i would lighten my hair and used a pre ligh level3 my hair has turned white i have a wedding in two weeks but cannot af pro help any ideas how to get the stickyness out could i use a sem permanant to get it to golden blond or very light brown please please help time is runing out

Your white hair is permanent so I wouldn`t cover it with a semi, you used a pre lightener which is designed to be used before colouring, not on its own. Try a permanent shade of blonde, whatever shade you intended to have in the first place as you`ve only done half the process. As for stickiness, make sure you rinse really well and use plenty of conditioner; a spoonful of vinegar in the rinse water is meant to help.
