thanx-my process is
shower
use shampoo/conditioner and brush it out
add pink lotion and do the 15x over each part of head thing somebody else mentioned(i do this 4 times)
then every second night add murrays(add water to towel and ring it out and stick in microwave for 3 mins then melt down murrays)
brush as before with pink lotion then durag for 30 mins or overnight.
I Hope to be on the team by the new year.thanks for the feedback

oh yeah i forgot to mention i use a hard brush when brushing during my process and soft during the day to touch up or in the morning before i go out and i wear a stocking cap over a du-rag(gives extra holding effect). I also use dukes when my hair is short and murrays when my ish get longer
