Well as we are all aware satin arethe best pillow cases. On the other hand flannel are evil. My mother is growing her hair back from CHemo therapy and my bros hair is only like 2 or 3 inches long... usually its shorter... But anyway she sais she`d been finding broken hairs on his and her pillows! And seriously her hairs only about 3 1/3 inches long and his is a boys short cut so if their hair is breaking I would hate to imagine what wouald hapen to long hair... My mother said she hasn`t seen any on my pillow from the flannel but my hair is weird I can brush it when its wet(i dont do that anymore.) and treat it badly and it still doesn`t break. But if you have hair prone to breakage when u sleep flannel pillow cases are not your thing...

BTW someone mentioned a satin pillow case from the sally story they liked anyone know what product it is? The nearest sally store to me is like 5438577793 miles... actually I dont know where it is. Its somewhere around here I live in NJ 25 miles out of NYC and theres everything else here... Ok back on topic what product what cost?

Before my local Sally`s started carrying them, I got mine for about $10 ($21 for the king size) off the net at: http://www.tenderheaded.com/satpil.html It is made of acetate satin, machine washable and comes in several colors.

A coworker gets hers from http://satinwonders.com/ She pays a bit more for it (about $20) but it is satisfaction guaranteed. It is made of 100% trilobal polyester satin and comes in ultra white. A very nice product usually sold in salons.
