I have long brown hair and lots of split ends. If I get a perm without fixing the spilt ends will the perm make my hair frizzy? Also when I was younger I had really thick hair and I got a perm and it wouldn't last in my hair but now my hair has thinned out alot. Will this help when I get my perm?
