ok i have about sholder lenght hair and i was thinking about a perm for my hair. but i am afraid to try it so i thinking about trying one of those 7 day perms but i dont know if i should???my hair is natrually wavy and i have my friends put spiral curls in my hair for dance, etc and it looks good! what do you think?

I heard of that. I want to try that out too. It looks so cool. You should go for it. If you don`t like it don`t freak it won`t be in very long. Just a couple days.
