Hi,
I live in South Texas where it is very humid. I like the lenth of my hair & like it curly in the back (my hair is more of a relaxed curl due to the weight) I like to wear the front in bangs & up on the sides it gives me a little lift & style however when it is humid my bangs want to go haywire. My routine everyday is washing & blowdrying my hair every morning ( I have to or it looks awful) I use scrunch spray on the back, then I use a shaping hair spray & a 1&1/2 inch hot curling iron on my bangs. I can make it look great. However if it is humid it looks like I never styled it. I have just ordered the Oudidad products (not sure about them yet). Does anyone have this problem or any suggestions to help me. Also doe s anyone know of a hair stylist around the Corpus Christi, Texas area that knows how to trim curly hair? Thanks in advance for any help I can get.

Hi, I also have thin curly hair. I know all about the humidity problem but, I still haven`t found a good solution.
I tried oily products in my hair, they are good but they weigh hair down and made me break out. Sometimes it would leave my hair dried out as well.
Do you use alot of conditioner?? Try conditioning your hair everyday instead of shampoo. Leave-in conditioner would help to keep it moisturized but, you will also need something to control the frizz. Try frizz-ease.
Also if you like your hair different lengths, go to a stylist and have them layer it for you. It will make your hair look fuller on the top without the bushy look.
