Hi Michelle,
Glad to see you are here. We can use all the curly hair help we can get.
Hello- I guess that I have the same problems that every other person with curly hair has: lots of frizz at the end of the day, limp-dry curls, and just pure dissatisfaction with my curls. My main concern is that my curls are limp and frizzy. I have straightened my hair for years because I have always wanted straight hair. I have now decided to live with my curls because it takes me entirely to long to dry my hair out straight (my hair reaches to my shoulders and is thick). I do needsome tips on what products REALLY work. I can`t tell you how many products that I have bought and just sit on my counter because they do not work. I never wear my hair down. I always wear it half way up. Please recommend some things for me to do. Even if you have some ideas for drying it out straight. I am up for anything. Thank you soooooo much!!! Jessica
It sounds like you have very loose curls so you should probably use a stronger product on your hair. You might want to try the Curlfriends Humidity Gel or the Tigi Bedhead Creative Genius. Both have worked great on my hair. You should blowdry your hair upside down with a finger diffuser and that will amplify your curls. You should also use a good conditioner to get rid of the frizz in your hair. The Edwin Paul Deep Conditioner has worked for a couple of the people that work here. You might want to also try a good hair mask--leave it in for a half an hour and your hair should be good for a week:) Edwin Paul has a mask called the Moisture Reconstructor, Tigi has one called Dumb Blonde. They both have also worked really good on my hair. Hope this helps you out. :) Michelle
