Does anyone know how to tell when you`ve added too much conditioner to your hair and you dont wash it all off?
Ive heard if you dont wash it all off its bad for your hair

I use my regular conditioner as a leave in so I never rinse it out. I`ve been doing it since Aug and my hair is fine.
