Although my hair is only wavy, I colored it two years ago and consequently have a few last inches of damaged hair growing out. My hair gets very dry and puffy in the summer. Some of my favorite products:
* Aura Almond Cherry Bark revitalizing conditioner * Biotera Reconstructor: Another great conditioner with a Biolage-grade HEAVENLY scent. * Clairol Color ProTec Daily Replenisher: I just love this one. The ingredients are exactly what dry hair needs. It makes no difference that this is aimed at color-treated hair. * Phyto Systeme Hydra-Botanics Shampoo: VERY mild and cleans well. Smells like a tropical drink. * L`oreal Nature`s Therapy Mega Moisture Shampoo: I like this gentle shampoo a lot. *John Frieda Frizz Ease: I am wild about the Glistening Creme and the serum. Silicone serums are generally very good for frizzy hair and are all nearly identical! Just look at the ingredients: they`re usually phenyl trimethicone and cyclomethicone blends, sometimes with a sunscreen. That means you don`t need to spend a lot on a serum--just check the ingredients.
Good luck!
