how do you get hair like this????

well, i am growing out a perm, that is a year old....
and my hair looks very much like that!!

i think the best way to achieve this look is to set your hair in very big rollers for a nice wav and volume shown in these pictures.
But apply a mousse or somert like that ofcourse to help achieve it.

Alternatively if you wanted it as a permanent look, (Which i STRONGLY ADVISE U NOT TO) u could have it permed with very large rollers in.

I personally just rub a couple of squirts of frizz ease serum, and kerastase serum through my hair when its soaking wet (after coming out of the shower) and then apply either salon selectives moisturising mousse or Frizz ease mousse through my hair, still while its wet.

So, i think it would be best if you rubbed a couple of some sort of serum through ur hair while it is wet, then a good mousse, still while it is wet, and then set in rollers until it is dry (or like i said perm your hair before hand, then after taking these following steps, just leave ur hair to air dry; occasionally lifting the roots of your hair to help dry it)
