Help! My hair is curly and very fine

I have the exact same problem. i have been growing for about 8 years. Just when you think you get alittle length, it rains and it shrinks up to your head.

One thing I do to help my hair is multi-layered highlights. It does not make it thicker but it gives an illusion of thickness.

Tell you hairstylist you want some darker pieces around the bottom and sloly go up to lighter. Alternating Lighter/ med color and darker all over.

If I did not do this to my own hair you could see right through it because it is so thin.
