My hair is about 2-3 inches below my shoulders. What I do after I get out of the shower is put some styling products in it (some kind of gloss typically), then wrap it in one of those super-absorbant hair towels while I do various other primping (skin care, makeup, etc.), which takes about 15-20 minutes. So my hair's pretty dry when I take it out of the towel. Then I put more styling products in (pomade & a spray-gloss) and dry my hair w/a diffuser, which takes maybe 5 minutes. Comb it w/a wide tooth comb & I'm on my way.
hihi my hair is bra length and it takes me 20 min 2 wash and condition and then 10 min to put oil in it if i leave it down or less if i tie it back. i'm mixed with black and azian so my hair is corkscrew curls and thick

1.5 hours is counting the time it takes me to: wash it, air dry most of it, blow dry what's left, curl the frizzy parts with an iron, and then to style it!
