Perms do wear out. It's a fact. They look pretty for a couple weeks or months. Then they curls get frizzy and though your hair may be healthy again, it definitely won't look healthy.

I've discovered John Frieda Daily Nourishment Leave-in Spray. It's around 4-6$ depending on where you shop.

It contains an ingredient found in gel but it won't feel like gel or even spray gel. The conditioning benefits are a plus. I use it just to make my sagging permed hair look decent.

I got mine at Target. They must have had it on sale for around 4$.

Then I noticed that my hair actually looked decent when I used it. I've seen lots of people walking around with frizzy perms and if they used this it would help.
