i want to get a perm in my hair.... but i am afraid it might damage it... Does it hurt your hair a lot??? I have dyed my hair many times already and it breaks off easy.... any suggestions??

How long should I wait until I get a perm so it doesn't look poofy?? My hair is already a little past my shoulders... about 14 inches long.

help please...

You should only perm your hair if it's in good condition.

You need to start taking better care of your hair. Permanent color is very hard on the hair. You need to stop changing your hair color, and when your roots grow in, touch them up properly, without applying the color to the damaged part.


Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
