I perm my hair from time to time and I have noticed that my hair is lighter. Many have said that it is from the neutralizer. Does anyone know of a perm out there that will not lighten my hair slightly? Please help!!!

It's from the perm solution, it opens up your cuticle and the color will fade. I dont know of a perm solution that will prevent this, but you should try coloring your hair AFTER the perm(A week or two) and follow up daily with a color protecting shampoo/conditioner duo.
