you damp it with some hot water, you can wet a towel and put it in the microwave as well, but ne ways you just rub it in your hair in the direction you brush.

YEAH, ITS SIMPLE WET A TOWEL OR ACTUALLY A SMALL ONE WITH HOT STEAMY HOT WATER AND RUB IT INTO YOUR HAIR THE SAME WAY YOU BRUSH YOUR HAIR THIS IS DONE TO MAKE IT MORE LOOSE AND MANAGEABLE.

a bowl of water

put water n microwave for 5 min

rub it on my head after its done n da microwave
